Tour in France — Quai Ouest

In July 2017, On & On collaborated with French director Franck Dimech to stage "Quai Ouest" by Bernard-Marie Koltès, a renowned French playwright, at the Cattle Depot Theatre. The performance received critical acclaim, with its portrayal of oppression and violence leaving a lasting impression. After a year of refinement, the Hong Kong team travelled to Marseille and Provence, France in December 2018 to restage this intense and poetic text. This marked the first time Koltès' poetic language was presented in Cantonese on a European stage.
