Writing Together — The Playwrights’ Lab

This Playwrights’ Lab is co-curated by three theatre creators. Together with six other young playwright partners, they build a dedicated space for playwright training. Over three weeks, through exchanges, skill sharing, absorbing new ideas, and examining their own styles, they learn from and motivate each other.

Each week, they share a snapshot of their progress in an online journal. As they wrap up the program, all the playwrights come together to craft a "Playwright's Manifesto" and share it with the public through an online video. This manifesto addresses the creative principles which respond to the pressing needs of our times.
